Lido is the quiet, peaceful and green island between the open sea and the lagoon of Venice, only 10 minutes away from the city centre by public or private transportation.
The beach of Lido is distinguished by its thin, golden sand, and its clear and quiet waters. Public beaches in the area include Saint Nicolò and Alberoni, with characteristic sand hills, and the rocky beaches of Murazzi. Alternatively, you may choose one of the private beaches in the centre of the island.

By Car:

At the end of the bridge that takes to Venice you will find a sign “Tronchetto ferry-boat to Lido”. The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the journey is 35 minutes.
By Train:
The train station is Venezia S. Lucia
From the Railway station every 20 minutes leaves a water-bus line 51 that quickly arrives to Lido (35 minutes) or line 1 if you wish a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride).
By Airplane:
Marco Polo airport is situated 12Km overland and 10Km from Venice and is well connected with public transport to Venice (by water and land, and in Mestre Railway Station.
The motorway link road inaugurated in 1991 connects directly Marco Polo Airport to the road network.
In coincidence with the flights leaves a water bus that covers the journey in 40 minutes.
