This new accommodation, situated in an ideal position at the beginning of the hills of Fiesole, is totally immersed in this wonderful countryside despite being only 8 km from Florence.
The comfortable and spacious rooms afford wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and Florence, and either have their own terrace or direct access to the large private gardens. The surrounding countryside also offers the chance for pleasant strolls and more demanding trekking and mountain bike rides.
Both Florence and Fiesole can be easily reached by public transport (the n.7 bus leaves for the Florence railway station every 20 minutes), and for those who prefer to travel by car, the accommodation offers a large free car parking area.

Here is a simple description of how to reach us from the main roads to Florence:
•A1 From Milano or Bologna, Fi-Nord Exit
•A11 From Genova Or Livorno, Fi-Nord Exit
•A1 From Roma, Fi-Sud Exit
Once in Florence look for the sign Centro, then Stadio, then Fiesole (from Florence highway to Fiesole there are about 15 Km). When you are in Fiesole go ahead for the main road and after 1 km you will find Villa dei Bosconi on the left side of the road.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
