In our lovingly restored apartment house from the 19th century near by the centre of Vienna, you can choose between 33 apartments ranging from 31 to 76 m² in size.
All Aldano Serviced Apartments are completely furnished and consist of a living room, a bedroom and a modern kitchen with all kitchen utensils and facilities. Modern infrastructure such as electronic key cards, highspeed Internet access and a laundry make our offer even more perfect. Apartments are rent from one week up to 6 months.
One of the advantages of our house is its position very near by the centre of Vienna. The central position and the excellent public transport connections (underground, bus, CAT-City Airport Train) mean that you can quickly and easily reach any destination in the city and the surrounding area. Although our appropriately and generously furnished apartments are very centrally situated, they are overlooking a little garden and offer absolute tranquillity.

AREA INFORMATION
We are located near the very popular shopping street „Landstrasser Hauptstrasse“, with shopping centres, supermarkets, boutiques, typical Viennese coffee shops and small restaurants. The third district of Vienna is one of the best living areas of Vienna. Many embassies are located here. In only a 5-minute walk you can reach the underground line U3, which takes you to the very centre of Vienna (St. Stephen''s Square) in only 4 minutes, and within 25 minutes you can be at Vienna Airport.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
From the airport:
With CAT (City Airport Train) until Landstrasser Hauptstraße (Wien Mitte), change into underground line U3 in the direction of Simmering and go 2 stops until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz. It is a 5-minute walk from there.
From the train stations:
Westbahnhof: U3 in the direction of Simmering until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, then a 5-minute walk.
Südbahnhof: S-Bahn (urban railway) until train station Landstrasser Hauptstraße (Wien Mitte), change into U3 in the direction of Simmering, 2 stops until Kardinal-Nagl-Platz, then a 5-minute walk.
