Only a 12-minute bus trip from the city area, this typical Viennese accommodation in the green district of Döbling occupies an original Art Nouveau building from 1888.
Superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area, Hotel Park Villa is a privately owned establishment combining a traditional ambience with modern comfort. It was converted into a accommodation in 1908 and completely renovated in 2006.
The comfortable rooms are equipped with many modern amenities. Some rooms also have a balcony or face the garden. Complimentary drinks and sweets are offered in the rooms upon arrival.
All windows in the accommodation were replaced with double glazing in summer 2009, providing optimal soundproofing.
Wireless internet is available in the entire accommodation and in the garden free of charge. A laptop is available free of charge in the lobby and in the drawing room.
Hotel Park Villa serves a rich breakfast buffet. This is served in the lounge or, if the weather is nice, in the accommodations beautiful garden.
There are many typically Viennese “Heurigen” (wine taverns) as well as a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
You can reach the city area in only 12 minutes with the bus line 40A. The stop is opposite the accommodation.
