QUICK DESCRIPTION
A short stroll from Southsea seafront and the center of Portsmouth, Florence House is Portsmouth’s original boutique accommodation, offering free Wi-Fi, free car parking and a digital TV package in the rooms.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are individually designed, offering stylish and comfortable furnishings. Many rooms were updated in June 2012, adding fresh new designs. Each room boasts a digital, LCD TV, luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury toiletries. Bathrobes are available on request.
A generous continental breakfast is included daily and a cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge, featuring dishes such as smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Hot meals such as risotto or simple chicken soup are also available.
It is housed within a lovingly restored Edwardian house that has retained many original features including a beautiful open fireplace in the lounge area.
Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard are less than a 10-minute journey by car from Florence House.
