About the city

Bangkok is the capital of Thailand since 1782, having population of more than 10 million or you can say; giving accommodation to world one-tenth of population. It occupies an area of 1,568 sq km, divided by flat Chao Phraya River. Bangkok is composed of 50 districts or Khet. Bangkok, better known as Krung Thep, which means “City of Angels”.
